岗位职责：
Identifies, initiates, coordinates, and completes maintenance process improvement opportunities.

Responsible all electrical equipment and tracking E&Imaintenance progress and quality.
负责全部电气设备并追踪电仪维修进度与质量。
Assists other Engineering with Process Safety Management implementation in Maintenance; i.e., work practices, design and repair standards, management of change, etc.
协助其他工程师执行工艺安全管理中的维修部分;例如：工作实践、设计和维修标准、管理变革等。
Communicates with Reliability Engineering to ensure long term maintenance equipment problems are appropriately investigated with solutions implemented, reduce the maintenance cost.
与可靠性工程师沟通,确保长期维护设备实现，提出适当调查的问题解决方案，降低维修成本。
Support project engineer to implement MOC.
支持项目工程师执行MOC。
Support maintenance supervisor to deal with troubleshooting.
支持维修主管排除现场故障。
Assists with department budgeting and expenditure forecasting.
协助部门预算和支出预测。
Facilitates positive change in the Maintenance organization by pro-actively driving department initiatives. Acts as a change agent in implementing cross-functional plant business objectives.
促进积极的维护组织的变化,主动推动部门计划。作为改变代理，实现跨职能的工厂业务目标。
Reviews major purchases to assure correct spec / design and reasonable stock for E&I spare parts.
检查主要购买过程，确保电仪备件的合理库存量保证正确的规范/设计。
Assist other engineer to assess and seek suitable vendor and contractor.
协助评估、找寻合适的供应商和承包商。
Develop and review capital improvement projects.
开发和评估资本改善项目。
Generates the monthly maintenance report for area of responsibility.
生成月度维护报告。
Keep and manage maintenance work records and documentations.
保持和管理维护工作记录和文件。
Lead maintenance technicians or contractors to implement the maintenance work according to relevant maintenance SOPs and HSE’s requirements.
根据相关维修标准作业程式和HSE的要求领导维修技术人员或承包商实施维修工作。
Training maintenance skill for related person.
培训相关人员维修知识。
Other duties and projects as assigned.
