岗位职责：
Comply with and implement HS&E policies, taking part in the related safety activities & key process safety activities like MOC, PHA etc., follow and comply with process safety management system policy & rules during normal work.
Monitoring process data, determines the effects of process deviations and equipment performance from stated design conditions on the equipment reliability and develops/proposes corrective actions.
Lead multi-disciplinary troubleshooting teams, support “troubleshooting” activities, to ensure and improve process integrity, and plant reliability.
Struggle to keep process improvements, ensure technical assurance of the proposed changes, and determine the economics of the proposed changes, carry out the pre check and post of the modified technologies and share learning.
Being responsible to establish and update the key technology documents, such as process control plan, PID etc., and support to review standard operating procedure (SOP).
Support quality system works, being responsible for define feedstock, in-process, product specification, ensure on time analysis and solving quality issue.
遵守和实施企业的HS&E政策,积极参加有关安全活动和关键工艺安全活动,比如变更管理, PHA等, 在日常工作中遵守工艺安全管理体系的政策和规则。
监控工艺过程, 及时识别工艺过程偏差和偏离设计条件下对设备可靠性性能的影响,并及时提出纠正措施。
领导跨专业的团队进行故障排除活动,确保和提高工艺过程的完整性和工厂的可靠性。
持续保持工艺过程完善和改进,确保工艺变更的技术可靠性,参与项目的经济性评估和项目执行过程中的检查，并向团队做经验分享。
负责建立和更新关键技术文档,如过程控制计划,PID等,并支持审查标准操作程序(SOP)。
参与质量管理工作,负责定义原料、中间过程品和产品的技术指标、并及时参与分析和解决质量问题。
